Now it has been 3 weeks since we removed all of the toys and crafts and clutter from our home as part of a ClutterLESS Social Experiment
There really hasn’t been any change in the kids’ attitude towards this experiment. They are still so happy to have clean rooms and have not missed anything. I am really wondering what even is in the shed? I swear they had some good toys but I can’t remember what they are!
It is time to check in with the kids on the 4 questions of the experiment to see how it is going:
- How do you feel without all of your stuff?
Jaida: Fine, I feel normal.
Blake: I just feel normal, like how I am usually feeling. - Is there any item you really miss?
Jaida: No.
Blake: Nope, not at all. - What did you do with your free time?
Jaida: Played piano, worked on our secret song, skied, baked cookies.
Blake: Draw, read, basketball, and had play dates. - Did you bring anything new into our house?
Jaida: No.
Blake: No.

There are, I think, lots of variables here, including the two you mention. http://www.recoverynukkad.com/an-introduction-to-group-polarization/
